Working exclusively with ingredients from local farmers and sources, our kitchen, as well as our world-class bakery/patisserie, crafts breads and French pastries with the same emphasis on organic. Utilizing the best chocolates, pure cane sugars, whole and organic unbleached flours, our breads begin with a decades old mother dough having been passed on from generation to generation; starting in Spain traveling to Morocco via France landing in our American home today.
