David Fhima
David Fhima is the creator and executive chef of FACES mears park. His training as a sommelier and pastry chef coupled with his warmth and hospitality makes FACES mears park a landmark for wholesome food and unmatched hospitality.
David has conceived and operated several restaurant concepts from Los Angeles to Minneapolis. His singular focus is creating fresh well-executed cuisine. David’s authentic mix of multicultural influences, uncompromising approach to sustainable, local ingredients, and passion for honest, comfortable, modern American cuisine make FACES mears park 2010’s most anticipated new restaurants.
Billy Beson
Daring, dynamic and dapper – interior designer Billy Beson is known for his risk taking style and extraordinary sense of creativity in both his work and life.
"I must admit I do encourage my clients to push the envelope", says Beson, CEO of Beson Kading Interior Design Group. "Big risk, big payoff" is Beson’s mantra. He’s earned a solid reputation for his ability to envision the space before its completion and his extraordinary ability to convey his concepts to the client. It’s the hallmark of Beson’s winning formula.
For FACES mears park, Beson applied the same philosophy. "The entire team wanted the space to be warm and comfortable, yet daring and exciting," says Beson. "We’re a little ´out there´ with the tiger carpet and copper walls, but the space is still very nurturing and cozy. It doesn’t hurt to have free reign." Beson was an indispensible part of FACES mears park’s naming and branding process.
